Terms of Service

Article 1 (About the Service)

The Service is a web-based system for visitors to the 2027 International Horticultural Expo and other users, providing information on accommodation facilities, enabling searches, and allowing users to submit accommodation-related information and requests. Please note that
any travel contract related to accommodation is concluded separately between the user and the relevant travel agency, and no travel contract is formed through the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, users must not engage in any of the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Registering or entering false information
• Infringing the rights of the Operator, accommodation facilities, or any third party
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems
• Using information obtained through the Service for unauthorized purposes
• Any other act the Operator deems inappropriate

Article 3 (Handling of Personal Information)

The handling of personal information in connection with the Service is governed by the following Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, design, and other content published on the Service belong to the Operator or to third parties holding the legitimate rights thereto.
Reproducing, republishing, or modifying such content without permission is prohibited.

Article 5 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service)

The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service in the event of system maintenance, failure, disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Operator strives to provide accurate information regarding the accommodation facilities and other information published on the Service, but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
The Operator shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any damages arising from communication failures, system failures, disasters, or other causes beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

Article 7 (Changes to these Terms)

The Operator may revise these Terms as necessary.
The revised Terms will be announced by posting on the Service or by other appropriate means.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the [Tokyo District Court] as the court of first instance.
