About
The Accommodation Support Center provides accommodation support for Official Participants of GREEN×EXPO 2027 throughout the preparation period, the Expo period, and the dismantling period.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all Official Participants, the Center provides information and reservation assistance for accommodation, as well as responds to inquiries and consultations regarding accommodation.

How do I apply?
You can apply through the dedicated application form.

How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
Please apply by 14 days before your stay date. Applications submitted after this deadline may not be able to be arranged; thank you for your understanding.
Can a group stay at the same hotel?
We will check availability with the accommodation according to your request.
Can I choose the hotel rank?
Please select your preferred hotel when applying. Other hotels can also be accommodated on a request basis.
How much does it cost?
Please review the estimated price and submit your request.
We will then provide you with the detailed pricing and cancellation policy in our response.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is made by credit card. (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club)
Can I pay in a currency other than Japanese yen?
Billing is done in Japanese yen.
Can I change the guest name after booking?
Please finalize the guest name by 14 days before your stay date. If it is not finalized by then, the reservation may be cancelled; thank you for your understanding.
