Hotel New Grand, which opened in 1927 (Showa 2), will celebrate its 100th anniversary in December 2027. As Yokohama's only classic hotel, it has welcomed numerous distinguished guests from both Japan and abroad. The main building, which has retained its original appearance since its opening, was designed by architect Jin Watanabe, who also designed the Tokyo National Museum and Ginza Wako, and is designated as a Yokohama City-certified historical building and a modern industrial heritage site.

Cancellation Policy

Individuals (groups of 14 or fewer): 20% for cancellation the day before, 80% for cancellation on the day of arrival, and 100% for no-shows. Please contact us separately regarding group bookings.
